I am glad that all pupils are present , that’s OK! I think all of you are ready. It’s time to begin our lesson. Pupils, look at the blackboard, there are some sentences. Let’s read them.

We are going to speak about famous actresses and actors. So, in our country there are a lot of actors and actresses. One of them Meruert Utekesheva.

She was born in 1951. She graduated from the Institute of Arts named after Kurmangazy in 1973.

She has been an actress of the Kazakh Academic Drama Theatre named after Auezov since 1973.

Being the tenth grade, she was invited to the role of Zhibek.

And on the day when in the cinema "Kazakhstan" began a demonstration of the film "Kyz Zhibek", playing the main roles, Meruert Utekesheva and Kuman Tastanbekov celebrated their wedding.

Asanali Ashimov

He was born in 1937. He graduated from the theater department at the Kazakh State Conservatory named after Kurmangazy in Almaty in 1961.

In 1961-1963 he worked at the studio "Kazakhfilm", where he began his active cinematic activity.

He has been an actor, director of the Kazakh Drama Theater named after M.Auezov in Alma-Ata since 1963. He was the artistic director of the theater in 1987-1988.

Ashimov starred in many movies, became widely known for his leading role in the trilogy "The end of Ataman", "Trans-Siberian Express" and "The Manchurian variant".
