We live in the modern world and you can’t imagine an educated person who doesn’t know any foreign language. It is especially important nowadays. Some people learn languages because they need them in their work, others travel abroad. English is widely spoken language all over the world. You can be hear everywhere in a street, in shops and restaurants, in offices. A modern engineer or even a worker deals with instruments and machines from other countries and must be able to read the instructions, which are usually written in English Computer programs and games must of Internet pages are also written in English. Science magazines are mostly published in English and scientific and business conferences are held in English as well. Diplomats and militaries use English to solve their problems.

Besides, the knowledge of English helps to know more about the countries, read many books in the original and to make new friends. That’s why all pupils should master their English to become good specialist in any branch.

Teaching is a wonderful profession. Each of our days is different of one before. To create the classroom environment we will explore methodologies and pedagogical styles that maximize our effectiveness. All the teachers know that some lessons can work and the others don’t. The ability of planning of a lesson and a creative approach to teaching a foreign language is especially necessary to the teacher in the work with Educational Methodological Complex. In the usage of the textbooks it is necessary to take into consideration the following facts, the level of development and in formativeness and in some cases the peculiarities of mentality of pupils.

Some teachers concern is that students may neglect grammar in case we use the Communicative approach. But grammar is necessary for good communication and expressing our ideas. We should balance working in polishing grammar and doing communicative activities. Both are important.

The teacher's aim-to dive deep knowledge. It that's the cone knowing methods of learning innovation teacher's method we try to use at the lessons.

After graduating from the World Languages University in Almaty I began to work at school № 42 K. Baimaganbetov. As an English teacher I have been working at school for 20 years. I try to use my over wall knowledge of the English language for the benefit of my students. I teach my students grammar, reading and listening skills covering different themes in the process. I provide them with the foundation of grammar and vocabulary that they need to perform well in my class. At lessons my students often play a variety of games and role plays on different topics to enhance their speaking, to practice various concepts and improve their listening skills. I see the result of my work each day in my class and I am more pleased with them. I think the main task of teachers of English is to develop the communicative competence of their students, because any language is a means of forming contacts among people. To be a good teacher you have should successful lessons.

- the teacher's knowledge of the subject;

- the relation between the teacher and the students;

- the students interest in the subject;

I enjoy teaching very much: I think many things depend on teacher in order to make a good lesson. A good lesson has clear goals for the students, make them fell involved and has a wide range of activities. The great pedagogical skill, a good knowledge of the subject and the students interests in it are required during the lesson. The atmosphere in my class is all important to me. Working at school for 20 years I have achieved the result of my work. The results are my awards, which are given by the district and oblast. I have lessons at school every day. Last year I use textbooks such as Kuznetsova T. D, Tazhenova at 8 form, and Vereshagina. I use interactive board, and audio cassettes where my students have an opportunity to work at grammar, writing, reading, different functions and topics, listening comprehension and conversation. I attend many seminars and the language improvements courses for teachers English as a foreign language in Almaty in 2007 and 2011 years. All these English teaching courses gave me an opportunity to know the latest developments and new methods of teaching. All these seminars helped me to have the highest standard of professionalism.

At 2008 year I got 2- d place the district „Best English Teacher" and I got 3-d place the oblast. My students Isakyzy got 2d place, and Auezhan…
