All around the world, governments, universities and industry professionals are launching initiatives geared at generating interest in STEAM-Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics. Kazakhstan is no exception. The national curriculum has been updated to include STEAM content, with the goal of educating a generation ready for careers in technological and scientific innovation. To that end, the traditional teacher-led classroom setting is being replaced by one where students develop critical thinking skills. Instead of being told the answers, they are encouraged to thoroughly research a problem and generate creative and innovative solutions to that problem. Additionally, the switch to English as the language of instruction in some high school science classes allows Kazakh students to acquire STEAM terminology and concepts in the international language of science and engage fully with the global scientific community. Robotics is a particularly dynamic STEAM field in Kazakhstan. Close collaboration between the International IT University and the Kazakh Ministry of Education and Science have 20 led to the opening of robotics labs in some of Kazakhstan's best secondary schoo

These disciplines are related to each other and develop synchronously, and at a rapid pace. Soon there will be professions that are even difficult for us to imagine, but all of them will, in one way or another, relate to technologies in the context of natural sciences. Thus, our country is moving in the same direction as developed countries. STEAM education is the bridge connecting study and career. His concept prepares children for a technologically advanced world. The professionals of the future require extensive training and knowledge from a wide variety of educational fields in science, engineering, technology, art and mathematics. There are some advantages and disadvantages.

Advantages of STEAM technology:

1. STEAM education is becoming an area of increased funding: a growing number of various non-profit organizations provide grants to schools for the implementation of technology-oriented projects.

2. Meanwhile, STEAM is the widest choice of opportunities for professional development.
