Nowadays, every second person has a loan, because in order to at least achieve his small or big goals, money and investments are required. With the current salary, where everything exceeds their wages, they buy equipment on credit, house mortgages, and even clothing by installments. Thus, almost everyone spends 90 percent of their salary to pay for loans.

What do people take loans for?

Not enough money to pay

Urgent need to pay off debts

Solve health problems (paid medical services)

Do not have time to save, because cash depreciates

Weddings, anniversaries, births and other big family events

Buy a car or apartment (not enough money or not at all)

But credit is not only rights and obligations. It is important to carefully choose a loan, to be able to compare it with other products, to find the pros and cons. The borrower must be able to correctly assess their financial burden, not to assume more obligations than they are able to fulfill. I advise you not to apply for a loan unless absolutely necessary.
