make up question sentences using related vocabulary and give answers

discuss about transport and its types without support

describe places and objects using words related to the topic

Greetings: T-Ss

T greets learners and sets positive atmosphere by asking some ice-breaking questions as «Are you ready? Would you like group work? Are you creative today?» etc

Warm-up: T-Ss

T uses «Treasure Hunt» activity. T hides information related to the topic. Learners are to search the room to find the hidden information. To increase the level of difficulty you could include unrelated information as well and ask learners to differentiate between the information they do and don’t need.

Ss find hidden words and are divided into groups with support. Ss use found words to go into Land, Air, Water groups.

Land: lorry, motorbike, train, snowmobile

Air: plane, helicopter,

Water: ferry, hovercraft
