Educational: To introduce with Present Continuous question form, to learn places of amusement in a city and to be able to use new vocabulary to describe one's weekend

Developing: to teach pupils in learning, reading, hearing and speaking

develop their memory with doing exercises.

Cultural: To teach pupils to creatively work and get information about the theme.

Method of the lesson: question-answer, explanation, work in pairs

Type of the lesson: new lesson

Materials for the lesson: interactive board, picture, book and workbook

III. New lesson

Today we have a new theme: My weekend. And we were introduced with Present Continuous at last lesson. We were know Present Continuous’s affirmative and negative forms. We knew how to make up affirmative and negative sentences. Today we will introduce question form. The main idea of our lesson is learning how to make up question form sentences.

Are we sitting? Yes, we are No, we aren't

Is she/he sitting? Yes, he is/she is No, he isn't/she isn't

Is it sitting? Yes, it is No, it isn't
