Students write the date, day and lesson objectives into their copybooks.

Work on vocabulary

Aim: to revise vocabulary

Task 1. Matching the pictures of the parts of the house (1-16) to the words.

Task 2. Matching the pictures (1–13) to the words. Furniture and household objects.

Task 3 Learners use pictures and definition of types of houses to write the types of houses in the third column. (teacher can modify this activity according to the level of the students and the words they learnt)

Aim is to check knowledge of vocabulary and spelling

Students exchange their worksheets after finishing the tasks and check each other looking at the slides of PPT.

Students write their results opposite the first objective of the lesson.
