The lesson greeting.

Teacher organizes a warm-up activity for a start of the lesson. Learners look at the names of different activities hung on the classroom walls. They choose the activity they like and go to that place. In small groups they try to give arguments and explain why the activity they have chosen is the best.

Learners are informed about the lesson objectives.

The main part of the lesson

Pre - listening stage. Before listening to the text Sts look at 3 photos and in groups speak about activities using active vocabulary: to be into, to be fond of, to be keen on, to take part in, club, competition, etc.

E.g. I think, three girls are fond of football.
