MURAL AS A TYPE OF ART IN THE CONTEXT OF URBAN CULTURE

Annotation:

The article presents a general concept and overview of murals, a special art direction from the point of view of urban culture. This bright direction of street art from time to time fills residents with art and aesthetics, educating them with artistic taste and gives them peace of mind. Thus, a wide audience of citizens and residents of urban space pay attention to creativity, enrich the level of their own artistic perception; cultural values and the spiritual world: Modern aesthetic art reaches new stages of culture through murals. Accordingly, it is pleasant to see that the aesthetic task of using murals today takes place in urban culture. Therefore, it is extremely important to explore the topic of murals, because the emphasis is on revealing the boundaries of urban culture and creativity, with an emphasis on the role of murals, as well as on the current trend in the development of urban culture.

Street art, that is, murals, which are one of the most monumental and artistic works of street art and urban culture, are now widely distributed in almost the entire world. The gray and dark walls of old houses and buildings began to be decorated with unusual and aesthetic paintings. As the English writer and artist Samuel Butler said, "the history of Art is a history that has been repeatedly revived" [1], murals dating back to the history of Fine Art began to be considered a large - sized, educational-meaningful, aesthetic artistic object located on the periphery and facade of buildings. Thus, murals were characterized not only as paintings on walls, buildings and sculptures in urban space, but as a new name and direction in the history of art and in urban space. In addition, due to the fact that both modern fine art and street art are artistic styles, they became the basis for the placement of artists ' works in the spaces of cities. And representatives of street art were engaged in art on the streets of the city not only for self-expression, but also to draw public attention to important everyday issues.

The different directions and types of murals, warmly welcomed by society, especially by the townspeople, became widespread with this rhythm. It can be said that the society and ordinary residents of the city began to understand the murals from the depths, and even began to get rid of the stress and burden of everyday life every time they turned to them, thereby enrich themselves with culture and creativity. And speaking from the other side, I would call this process a manifestation of "catharsis", as in ancient antiquity. The simple language interpretation of the process of" catharsis " corresponds to the feeling of freedom arising from empathy when releasing emotions through art, resolving internal conflicts and expressing oneself from a number of angles, expressing or perceiving works of Art [2]. After all, it is true that the facets of spirituality and art touch, thereby freeing us from the burden of thought. At present, looking at murals, a person, as a connoisseur of art and a consumer of murals, begins to differentiate a lot, as a result of the same mindset and deep reflection on art, acquires a perfect spirituality.
