- Let’s play a game. (generating interest)

The game which called “Snow ball”. Students will divide into 3 groups. There are 5 students in each group. Teacher gives 3 questions to 3 groups. Learners have to answer questions and each learner will add some information, in such way they will show their prior knowledge.

What is your favorite bird? Why \ Why not?

Do you like birds? Why \ Why not?

- Learners will watch a video in order to know new words. Then they will try to answer questions according to the video. Which of the birds in the pictures live: in the forest? in the mountains? at a lake?

- Work with pictures. (activating vocabulary)

- After learning new words they will do drilling.

1. Teacher will show pictures of birds and

learners will guest or teacher will label pictures and students will say names of birds. 2. Pictures are hung on the blackboard, students

call parts of bird’s body depicted in the pictures. Then they close their eyes and the teacher removes one of the pictures. Children open their eyes and name the disappeared object. The teacher can modify the game and ask to remember not only the pictures, but also their sequence. In this case, the teacher does not remove the pictures, but changes them in places.
