The aims:

Main aim: to develop Intercultural Communicative Competence of the learners

to enrich the students’ vocabulary;

to revise all information at the previous lesson;

to give new information;

to develop listening, speaking, reading, writing and cognitive skills;

to develop pupils’ communicative skills and abilities using various kinds of activities;

to develop pupils’ memory, logical and critical thinking, to bring up good manners;

Teaching methods: question- answer, explanation, group work.

Teaching aids, materials, equipment: pupils’ book “Smiles”, an interactive board, CDs, cards, power point slides, role play scripts, blackboard and chalk.

The main part (25 min)

Now we will play a game. This game connected with numbers. Can you count numbers from 1 to 10? Ok, good. Look at the blackboard. You are seeing the numbers from 1 to 10. The rule of the game: you must remember the places of numbers. Then you will close your eyes and I will delete one of them. And you must find which number there isn’t. Do you understand? Ok.
